Management Team

	COL (Res.) David Marsiano President of SOLTAM SYSTEMS LTD. Mr. Marsiano  holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and  a M.B.A. from the Ben Gurion University. Mr. Marsiano's last position held in the IDF was Head of the Ground Forces Weapons Development Division. In the 3 years preceding this appointment, he operated as the Mikal Group's VP Business Development.
	Ron Freund Senior VP & CFO Mr. Freund holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University. Prior to joining Soltam in December 2008,  Mr. Freund was a partner in Ernst & Young Israel.  Mr. Freund has  a wide experience in business advisory, M&A transactions, public offerings and business strategies.
	Col. (Res.) Benny Zigdon Mortar Projecs Director Mr. Zigdon holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute and a M.B.A. in Business Management from the Ben Gurion University. Mr. Zigdon retired from the Israeli Defense Forces after a 30 year career at the rank of Colonel. In the I.D.F. Mr. Zigdon last position was the Commander of the Department for Projects in the Logistics and Technology Service and since leaving the army he has been working for Soltam Systems developing and managing numerous mortar programs including the well known Cardom System.
	Dipl. Eng. (Res.) Maty Dorneanu VP - CTO Mr. Dorneanu holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a M.Sc in Machine Tools from the Polytechnic Institute of Bucharest, Romania.  Mr. Dorneanu joined Soltam Systems in 1976 and filled several engineering and R&D key positions. His last position  before being  appointed VP- CTO in 2009, was the Head of R&D Dept.
	Lieutenant-Col. (Res.) Shai Nachshon VP of Research and Development Mr.Nachshon holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Tel-Aviv University and a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Be'er-Sheva University. Before joining Soltam in 2009, Mr. Nachshon was Head of Business Development at 'Harknet'.  Mr. Nachshon last position in the IDF was Head of C4I Department at  Weapons Development Division inthe Ground Forces Headquarters.
	Mrs. Michal Alony VP Human Recourses Mrs. Alony holds a B.A. in Psychology as well as a M.A.HRM. Before joining Soltam, Mrs. Alony acted as Manager of Training & Organizational Consulting Department in a private company. Mrs. Alony joined Soltam in 2008 as Organizational Development Manager dealing with personnel hiring, welfare and community relationships.  Mrs. Alony  was recently  promoted to the position of Soltam's HR Manager.
	Mr. Gili Leibovitch VP Marketing & Sales  Mr. Leibovitch holds a B.A in Business Management from Derby University and a P.E in Electronics & Computers from the Air Force Technical Institute. Mr. Leibovitch joined Soltam in 2006 and was appointed VP of Marketing & Sales on June 2009. Prior to his current position Mr. Leibovitch served successfully in different marketing, sales and business development positions at Soltam and in the  MiKAL Group. Before joining Soltam in 2006, Mr. Leibovitch acted as a Marketing Manager at SimiGon Ltd.
